Brandon V, at the age of 9 wrote his first rhyming lines out of heartbreak and sorrow. Growing up Brandon was a social out cast, he was teased and teased on in his early years of school. So he turned to writing as a coping method to deal with his social problems writing poems and thoughts in around every margin of class notes. He later turned his attention to hip hop at 14 and hasn't stopped since. Recently turning 22 he is one of the most talented young hip-hop artists today. His ability to formulate his own style on any type of hip hop is remarkable allowing him to be as versatile and successful as the city he was born and raised in, New York. Craig Kallman CEO of Atlantic records co-signs saying “There is clearly talent there…the consensus is he is a skilled rapper”. An A&R at Atlantic records also says “The first track is solid, I would say it’s a smash” in response to a song sent to him via email. In addition he and 20 others were chosen out of 8,000 to be part of a 25 city unsigned artist tour during the process of his signing with SkyRockit Records. His lyrical talent and appearance capture a wide range audience from young females lulled by some of his pop and R&B undertone, to the young and older males dazzled by his lyricism.
